We've decided to get married on the beach...in November....hmmmm...
Good thing this is Southern California! I have no doubt it will be chilly, but at least we won't be risking rain or snow!
Sean really likes the rocks at Venice Beach. I like that there will be tons of really awesome atmosphere to take pics in afterwords.

Reception
We had an awesome restaurant by the beach all picked out....and then the place double-booked the room and gave the other couple the space.
Life moves on. I don't have the time to be in an uproar about this - though that doesn't mean I'm not still ticked off! We found another place instead, that is just awesome and they are doing what they can to help us out.
The private room they're giving us will seat 55 people - many more than we're planning on inviting - and there's no additional cost to run their audio/visual equipment. There are nice, big doors that close off the space, so we'll be able to hook up the iPod, crank it up, and have a good ole time if we want.
